Pioneer was established in January 1979. Aside from basement finishing, we offer all types of basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and replacement.
With over 30 employees and several relationships with top professionals in our area, we have the resources to either solve your basement problems or help you achieve your basement dreams. We are fully insured ($2mil liability) with Worker’s Compensation insurance on every person. Working with Pioneer means you will never have to worry about being protected.
